Assistant Public Defender

Responsibilities

Provides legal defense and counsel to indigent individuals in criminal and family courts.

Must have the ability to work collaboratively with our clients, other lawyers, social workers and local law enforcement officials.

Requirements

• Possession of a license to practice law in New York State.

Qualifications

• Salary Range: $102,258 - $113,134 per year, plus a $10,000 recruitment bonus!
