Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks
