Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs: Schedule and conduct property evaluations, ensuring Residents move in seamlessly and have a positive first impression. Document property conditions at move-in and move-out, address questions, and coordinate any necessary follow-up.
• Coordinate Make-Ready Projects: Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between Resident turnovers. Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure homes are fully prepped for new Residents.
• Champion Resident Satisfaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for Residents during the transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns. Encourage Residents to provide feedback and positive reviews as we strive to enhance our NPS score.
