What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day property operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their questions, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Review notices to vacate and support retention efforts
- Welcome prospects, conduct tours, and handle leasing paperwork as needed
- Afford assistance with preparation of the annual budget and monitoring expenses throughout the year
- Process, approve, and submit invoices for payment
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash
- Track monthly variances and prepare narratives
- Communicate with vendors regarding scheduling, billing, COIs, and performance
- Ensure use of approved vendors and adherence to budget guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Tax Credit experience
- Two or more years of experience in property management, leasing, or related multifamily housing roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and multifamily regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
