Assistant Property Manager- Strang Line
Job Summary
Central Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This position offers 24 hours a week at $14 - $16 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM with a half-hour lunch break, Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and closed on Sundays.
About the Role
As a Central Self Storage Manager, you will manage store operations, drive financial success, and build great teams. You will create an amazing environment and inspire others to do the same. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of retail/customer service management experience or 3+ years of US military experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to be flexible to help when needed with other stores or team members
- Show proof of a valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
- Pass a background check for credit, criminal, and driving record
Qualifications
- Minimum High School or GED
