Responsibilities
- Monitor collections and post rent payments.
- Enforce the collection policy and initiate legal action when required.
- Facilitate all aspects of apartment leasing: touring with prospective residents, processing applications, recertifications and negotiating lease renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service. Respond timely to resident issues and complaints promoting positive resident relations.
- Aid in all facets of physical and financial management as needed and assigned.
- Act as Property Manager in absence of the Manager for specified amounts of time.
- Prepare financial reports for the Property Manager as well as resident correspondence and recertification notices.
- Maintain the flow of accounts payable from issuing purchase orders to processing invoices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant property management experience.
- 1 year of supervisory / managerial experience.
- Experience with LIHTC required.
- Proficient with web-based applications and various computer systems, such as Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Adaptable to change.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

- Associate's degree.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $24.00-$28.00 per hour dependent on experience.
Schedule
Typically works: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
