About the Role

This position will support one lease-up property and one stabilized property in Coral Gables, FL. This position will be onsite and require weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive resident satisfaction and retention by delivering white-glove service that exceeds expectations and builds lasting relationships
  • Ensure financial performance through proactive collections management, lease renewals, and revenue optimization that directly impacts the property's bottom line
  • Lead operational excellence by maintaining impeccable property standards, ensuring compliance, and creating a community residents are proud to call home
  • Step up as a trusted leader who confidently assumes full property operations in the Property Manager's absence
  • Be the problem-solver residents turn to—transforming concerns into opportunities to demonstrate JLL's commitment to service excellence

Requirements

  • Experience & Education: 1–2 years of hands-on residential property management experience High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Supervisory experience and proven ability to lead and inspire teams Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms) Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 120 days (if required by state law)

Pay

Expected Compensation: $31.25 per hour 10% annual bonus Eligibility for commissions on new leases signed and leases renewed The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data
