Assistant Property Manager - Glen Allen, VA

Duties

• Regularly meet with residents to receive their rent payment and often go to residents' homes to collect (or follow up on) late payments.
• Show available units to those interested in moving to the community; the units are sometimes model homes, and are sometimes actual homes that are currently available.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of manufactured home construction techniques, manufactured home maintenance, marketing and advertising
• Strong sales and excellent customer service skills
• Must possess high energy sales personality with ability to interact in a positive manner with prospects and customers
• Communicates well both verbally and in writing
• Strong administrative skills and problem solving ability
• Mid-level skills in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, outlook)

Supervisory Responsibility

• Hire, train, schedule and supervise all property associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Registered Housing Specialist license through NC Department of Insurance
• Knowledge of Manufactured Housing Sales and Marketing
• Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
