Assistant Property Manager
Job Summary
Central Self Storage is seeking two Assistant Property Managers to join our team. The position offers 24 hours a week at $14 - $16 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. Store hours are 10 AM – 6 PM with ½ hour lunch Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 2 PM Saturday, and closed Sundays.

Requirements
- 2 years retail/customer service management experience or 3+ years US Military experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members
- Minimum High School or GED diploma
Qualifications
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
- Flexibility to assist with other stores or team members as needed
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Pay
$14 - $16 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance
Schedule
24 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM with ½ hour lunch, Saturday from 8 AM – 2 PM, and Sunday closed
