Responsibilities

  • Aid electrical engineers
  • Request, organize, validate, and update study information related to multiple simultaneous projects
  • Update planning task tracking tools
  • Develop and maintain electric system models
  • Work with engineers to prepare narrative reports with charts and tables
  • Assist other staff as required
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple groups within ECI on project related items
  • Assist with developing estimates
  • Proofread reports for grammar, spelling, and format
  • Administer or coordinate project meetings
  • General program management

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2- or 4-year college degree
  • Training in math, physics, or engineering course work a plus
  • Computer literate and proficient in spreadsheets, e-mail, and typing
  • Ability to learn complex tasks, be well organized and detail oriented
  • Effective writing/communication skills
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to learn other computer software programs
  • The ability to learn technical concepts
  • Problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
  • The ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed
