Responsibilities
- Aid electrical engineers
- Request, organize, validate, and update study information related to multiple simultaneous projects
- Update planning task tracking tools
- Develop and maintain electric system models
- Work with engineers to prepare narrative reports with charts and tables
- Assist other staff as required
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple groups within ECI on project related items
- Assist with developing estimates
- Proofread reports for grammar, spelling, and format
- Administer or coordinate project meetings
- General program management
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2- or 4-year college degree
- Training in math, physics, or engineering course work a plus
- Computer literate and proficient in spreadsheets, e-mail, and typing
- Ability to learn complex tasks, be well organized and detail oriented
- Effective writing/communication skills
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn other computer software programs
- The ability to learn technical concepts
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
- The ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed
