Responsibilities
- Aid Project Managers in setting up and executing projects.
- Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.
- Collaborate with clients, owners, subs, and First Finish staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites, or other project management software.
- Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects.
- Mandatory flexibility for required business travel.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
The range is Columbia, MD based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
