Assistant Project Manager - level 2

Responsibilities

• Aid Project Managers in setting up and executing projects.
• Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction to close-out.
• Collaborate with clients, owners, subcontractors, and First Finish staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites, or other project management software.
• Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects.
• Mandatory flexibility for required business travel.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Base Salary Range: Columbia, MD based.

Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
