Assistant Project Manager in Construction

Eagle Creek Homes, a custom home builder, is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager/General Laborer to provide assistance and necessary support for projects within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Project Managers to help implement project goals and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution and efficiency.
• Clear construction site of debris as needed.
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals, using/driving company vehicle.
• Unload and carry building materials as needed.
• Help prep sites as needed and complete punch list.
• General labor on construction sites.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of proven and successful job experience in the field.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
• Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools.
• Experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others.
• Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, be insurable, and be able to drive to and from different work sites.
• Able to follow instructions and carry them out correctly.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds as needed.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent work ethic.
