Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Practice Leadership to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Aid in the development of proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and cost estimates, contributing to accurate project planning and resource allocation.
- Support engineering planning, analysis, design, and coordination efforts across project phases, including design, permitting, and construction.
- Execute project work plans, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Cook up with internal teams and external sub-consultants to ensure alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Participate in QA/QC processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to industry best practices.
- Contribute to solving design and project challenges by evaluating alternatives and supporting the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in day-to-day communication and coordination among team members, with increasing responsibility for managing project components as experience grows.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients, supporting overall client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as appropriate, while continuing to develop leadership capabilities.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time, including time entry, expense reporting, and project documentation.
- Engage in professional development activities, including participation in industry associations and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related field.
- Texas Professional Engineer registration preferred.
- 4+ years of direct experience.
