Anticipated salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. The Boldt Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects ranging from large ground-up healthcare facilities to complex data center construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional ready to take the next step in their career by expanding project management responsibilities while working alongside experienced project leaders on some of the industry's most challenging and rewarding projects.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will partner with Project Managers and field leadership teams to help drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in construction operations, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow into a lead project management role while contributing to the safe, successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage RFIs and submittals
  • Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Track project costs and budgets
  • Assist with schedule management
  • Track productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
  • Engage daily with Superintendents and field teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related degree—or equivalent experience
  • Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
  • Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Bluebeam or similar document control tools
  • Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
  • Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
