Responsibilities

  • Aid Project Managers with project planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets, documentation, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate field activities with installers, technicians, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and other trades.
  • Attend job site meetings, project walkthroughs, and coordination meetings with customers, general contractors, and project teams.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling labor, subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and project resources.
  • Track project progress and communicate status updates to management and customers.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, scheduling conflicts, and field coordination issues.
  • Assist with change orders, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and project documentation.
  • Support material procurement and coordinate equipment deliveries to job sites.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide professional communication and customer service to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Travel to job sites as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, electrical, low voltage, mechanical, or related construction trades.
  • Experience supporting, coordinating, or managing construction projects in the field.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and multiple trades on active construction sites.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass required background screening.
  • Experience with commercial low voltage systems, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, or related systems.
  • Experience with ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and change management.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience working for an electrical, low voltage, or specialty subcontractor.
  • Exposure to project management software and construction management platforms.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
