Assistant, Project Manager
Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking an APM (Assistant Project Manager) to support the planning and execution of data center development and construction projects. This role involves assisting Project Managers with coordination, reporting, schedule tracking, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in coordinating and executing data center development and construction projects
- Aid in maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; escalate risks and issues as necessary
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Support procurement activities, including tracking contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Help with document control, ensuring drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to site activities as needed, including occasional travel to active project sites
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards
Education, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with document control and project management software (Procore, P6) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time
- Familiarity with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus but not required
Travel
Ability to travel up to 25% for company gatherings or to project sites.

Denver, Colorado/Hybrid
Compensation
$90,000 - $105,000
