Job Description
- Support Project Managers through all phases of construction.
- Affiliate with project scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
- Affiliate with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and contract administration.
- Cook up material deliveries and assist in maintaining project schedules.
- Affiliate with project meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.
- Visit jobsites to monitor progress and support field operations.
- Affiliate with punch lists, closeout documentation, and project turnover.
- Maintain organized and accurate project files.
Requirements
- Experience working for a General Contractor in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience with residential construction or commercial interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Design-build project experience is a plus.
- An educational or professional background in Architecture is highly valued but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software such as Procore is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
