What We're Looking For
- Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of projects from tender through substantial completion
- Aid in budget tracking, schedule updates, and change order processing
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants under the direction of the Project Manager
- Attend site meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Safeguard compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Support client relationships through clear and timely communication
- Identify and escalate project risks to the Project Manager as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
- Exposure to managing or assisting on commercial or multi-unit construction projects
- Basic understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery
- Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
