Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage a team of software developers
- Ensure quality assurance throughout development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software management or leadership
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
