About the role
This position is subject to a governmental background check.
This position will require US citizenship to be able to support federal clients.
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of a Project Manager to support the management of multidisciplinary design teams across various Department of Defense (DoD) projects throughout the Southwestern United States.
- Support all phases of project development—from planning and design through construction support—ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules; track progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Cookordination internal design activities and manage external subconsultants to meet project objectives.
- Remain current with changes to applicable codes, standards, and client requirements, and incorporate those into project deliverables.
- Support quality control reviews and perform project engineering duties as necessary.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5 years related experience
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license
- PMP certification
- Experience designing and/or delivering projects for federal agencies
- Familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent schedules
- Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI-enabled workflows in infrastructure projects

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position in California is $100,870.00- $144,100.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
