Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture or closely related field.
- Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in project management, real property financing/development/construction in government-assisted development programs or affordable housing; knowledge of applicable programs governing the development of affordable housing preferred including proforma development and analysis; familiarity with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), TCAC and CDLAC regulations/procedures and other affordable housing financing sources is desired.
Special Requirement
- Possess a valid appropriate California Class C driver's license.
Pay
Anticipated Hiring Pay Scale: $94,140.80 - $105,955.20 Annually
