Assistant Program Manager - Trafford

About the role

The Assistant Program Manager position at Devereux Massachusetts is a dynamic role aimed at supporting and guiding youth with various psychological and behavioral disorders. The position is based in Rutland, MA, and offers two flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create and maintain a positive working environment.
• Aid in the planning and implementation of programs for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess high-level organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required.
• Degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related fields preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
• MUST be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.

Pay and Schedule

• $22.79 - $26.98 per hour depending on experience and education.
• Two flexible schedules available: Sunday 7am-11pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3pm-11pm and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 7am-11pm.
