About the Role

This position supports the E-2/C-2 Airborne Command Control program office (PMA-231), focusing on engineering, designing, and testing systems and components. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and implement Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) and/or Master Test Strategies.
  • Review cost estimates aligned with program scope and schedule.
  • Support test planning and execution by coordinating information exchange between ITT and IPT.
  • Develop and review technical requirements for test planning and reporting efforts.
  • Apply knowledge of NAVAIR test and evaluation roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide schedule development, resource management, and utilize iTrack/iTest tools.
  • Coordinate, develop, and brief T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT).
  • Leverage NAVAIR acquisition experience for Statement of Work (SOW) development and review.
  • Support mission systems development and interface with external organizations.
  • Participate in program technical reviews, Deficiency Reviews, System Verification Reviews, and other necessary evaluations.
  • Conduct technical studies, analyses, and planning to refine test verification methods and approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (a Master’s Degree may substitute for 2 years of experience).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $150,000–$180,000. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
