Assistant Program Manager

About the Role

EverSource is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Program Manager to join a team in Brooklyn, NY. You will play a vital role in the management and delivery of allied health services to NYCDOE school-aged students, as well as the recruitment and relationship management of our therapists.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of allied health services for NYCDOE school-aged students
• Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with school and district staff to promote program growth and expansion
• Plan and manage full life-cycle recruitment of therapists
• Conduct program assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance program quality and efficiency
• Provide training and support to program staff on program procedures and policies
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5 years of experience preferred, and relevant education or training will be considered
• Strong understanding of allied health services and NYCDOE regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Schedule

This is a full-time position located in Brooklyn, NY. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
