Assistant Program Manager

About the role

A full‑time position within the residential 9‑bed Emergency Residence Program for adolescent youth in Cottage 6, providing coaching, mentoring, and supervision of residential and supervisory staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching, mentoring, and supervision of designated residential and supervisory staff.
• Participates in all processes related to risk management, including internal investigations relating to youth and staff performance issues.
• Develops programming and activities for the program incorporating trauma‑informed care, family‑centered, and culturally competent practice.
• Coordinates weekly scheduling of staff for all shifts and coordinates daily coverage of shifts, ensuring ratio is maintained at all times.
• Assists in therapeutic interventions, consistent with ARC and Safety‑Care in the milieu, and manages applicable notification protocols.
• Approves timesheets for biweekly payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of residential experience with previous supervisory experience required.

Pay

The position salary starts at $60,000.

Schedule

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with after‑hours on‑call coverage.
