Assistant Program Manager - Female DBT Programs

About the role

The Assistant Program Manager position at Devereux Massachusetts is available in Rutland, MA. Schedules include Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. The pay range is $22.79-$26.98 per hour based on experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Aid in the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Aid in staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess high-level organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required.
• Degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
• MUST be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
