Assistant Program Manager

Join ServiceSource, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. This position serves in an assistant capacity to the Program Manager, supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of services, supports, and programming for persons served.
• Supports staff in maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
• Maintain communication with management and staff regarding issues and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulatory guidelines, including Medicaid, Licensing, and CARF.
• Perform duties of the Program Manager in his/her absence.
• Ensure daily operations are fulfilled and running smoothly.
• Communicate with family members, authorized representatives, Guardians, residential providers, Support Coordinators regarding participants' progress.
• Maintain familiarity and ensure ongoing compliance with organizational policies and regulatory bodies.
• Complete and review evaluation/assessment reports, ISPs, progress review reports, daily notes, case notes, incident reports, contacts, reviews, attendance, and other supporting documentation.
• Encourage and provide active engagement in all daily group and individual areas.
• Maintain accurate and quality participant records and documentation.
• Attend staff trainings and complete assigned documentation.
• Train and support staff as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality assurance of data and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or college level course-work in the human service field preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass DBHDS fingerprinting and criminal background check.
• Must pass the ODD assessment and competencies.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license.
