About the role

The successful candidate should be a junior to mid-career level surgeon and would meet the requirements for appointment as an Assistant or Associate Professor, at the medical school.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art open and endovascular care, including treating peripheral artery disease, aneurysms, and venous disease.
• Offer clinical care via face to face and virtual modalities.
• Serve as a supervisor for surgical residents.
• Participate in the procedural components of the section and the professional evaluation and quality improvement programs.

Requirements

• Formal training in vascular surgery.
• Strong clinical expertise in both traditional open and endovascular techniques.
• A strong commitment to mentoring trainees and fostering a collaborative, team-based care model.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
