About the role

Teach at both undergraduate and graduate level in I/O Psychology
Advise and mentor graduate students in research
Lead collaborations among faculty, students, and community partners
Conduct research in I/O Psychology
Community-engaged teaching, research, and service

Requirements

  • PhD in I/O Psychology or related field by August 23, 2027
  • Evidence of research activity/publication in high-quality peer-reviewed I/O Psychology and Management journals
  • Ability to effectively teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses
  • Ability to advise/mentor graduate students in research
  • Interest in urban communities research: health, career outlooks, employment, well-being, public safety, civic engagement

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in I/O Psychology or related field
  • Research activity and publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals
  • Effective teaching skills at both undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Experience advising and mentoring graduate students
  • Interest in urban communities research
