Requirements
- PhD in I/O Psychology or related field by August 23, 2027
- Evidence of research activity/publication in high-quality peer-reviewed I/O Psychology and Management journals
- Ability to effectively teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses
- Ability to advise/mentor graduate students in research
- Interest in urban communities research: health, career outlooks, employment, well-being, public safety, civic engagement
Qualifications
- Doctorate in I/O Psychology or related field
- Research activity and publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals
- Effective teaching skills at both undergraduate and graduate levels
- Experience advising and mentoring graduate students
- Interest in urban communities research
