We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay/Schedule/Benefits only if posting actually states them. Let's parse posting details. Open Date 09/28/2026 Close Date 10/28/2026 Job Category Faculty Requisition Number F169P Benefits Tennessee State University offers eligible employees a competitive benefits package that includes annual leave (vacation), sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, flexible benefits plans and more. Quick Link https://jobs.tnstate.edu/postings/11090 Reference Letter References Required Minimum References Required 2 Recommendation Deadline We need to remove boilerplate: special instructions about background check, transcripts, references, open/close dates, requisition number, quick link, reference letter etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to keep substantive info: job description, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, benefits (they mention benefits package). Pay? Not given. Schedule? They gave number of hours per week (37.5), days worked (Mon-Fri), months per year (Academic 9 months). That's schedule info. Should we include a Schedule section? The posting states number of hours per week, days to be worked, months per year. That's schedule. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Pay: Not given (advertised salary not given, pay basis monthly but no amount). Since no actual pay amount, we should not create Pay section (as per rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them). For Schedule, they do state hours/week, days, months per year, so we can include Schedule. Benefits: they state benefits package includes annual leave, sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, flexible benefits plans and more. So we can include Benefits. Now sections: About the role (maybe from job description). Responsibilities. Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications? Could combine. Skills? Could be part of qualifications. But we should avoid thin sections. Let's decide: About the role (job description prose). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (minimum qualifications). Benefits (list). Schedule (list or prose). Possibly Skills could be omitted as covered. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we start with

    About the role

    then

    ... job description ...

    . Then

    Responsibilities

    • ... etc.
    . Then

    Requirements

    • ... etc.
    . Then

    Benefits

    • ... etc.
    . Then

    Schedule

... hours per week, days, months per year ...

. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract job description prose exactly: "The Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering at Tennessee State University invites applications for a 9 month, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor position in Architectural Engineering specializing in Building Mechanical Systems, HVAC , Electrical Systems, Lighting, and Integrated Building Systems , with an anticipated start date of Spring 2027. We seek an outstanding scholar with a strong background in Building Mechanical Systems, HVAC , Electrical Systems, Lighting, and Integrated Building Systems who is enthusiastic about collaborative, transdisciplinary research and deeply committed to Undergraduate and Graduate instruction and specialized graduate education. The successful candidate is expected to engage with external partners across local, regional, and federal agencies and industry to build productive research and educational collaborations." We need to keep that exactly. Responsibilities list: exactly as given. Minimum Qualifications list: we need to keep each bullet. Let's list them: - An earned Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. - The candidate must be qualified to teach courses in the Architectural Engineering core curriculum and demonstrate college-level teaching and research capabilities in areas such as HVAC design, heating and cooling systems, thermodynamics, building electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and illumination, building controls and automation, indoor air quality, energy modeling, renewable energy, smart buildings, and integrated MEP systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. - Knowledge of ABET accreditation processes. - Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure or eligibility to obtain P.E. is preferred. - Applicants must include a one-page statement with examples of achievements that clearly articulate how their academic skills and experience will contribute to the department’s development in teaching, research, and service, along with plans for productive scholarly research and teaching in related areas. We should keep them as list items. Benefits: "Tennessee State University offers eligible employees a competitive benefits package that includes annual leave (vacation), sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, flexible benefits plans and more." We can make list items: annual leave (vacation), sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, flexible benefits plans. Schedule: "Number of hours per week 37.5 Days to be worked Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Months per year Academic (9 months)". We can phrase: "37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, academic year (9 months)." Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like Open Date, Close Date, Requisition Number, Quick Link, Reference Letter, etc. Also remove special instructions about background check, transcripts, references. Now produce HTML fragment. Check that we don't have empty sections. All sections have content. We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:
