Position Summary
Assistant Professor of Economics at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. Requires a Ph.D. in Economics.
Responsibilities
- Teach second-year course on numerical methods (EC 825A)
- Teach undergraduate course on international trade (EC 34)
- Undertake pathbreaking research in international economics
- Work with graduate students
- Actively contribute to the department by attending seminars and serving on administrative committees
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Economics
Qualifications
- Research expertise in international economics
- Strong teaching skills, particularly in numerical methods and international trade
- Experience with graduate student mentorship
