Qualifications
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board certified or eligible for examination by the ABA
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency required
- Pediatric fellowship, sub certifications/training highly preferred
- A current unrestricted licensure as a Physician in Tennessee
- Current certification DEA number
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
- Relocation is not required, however the work is on-site
