Assistant Professor- Pediatric Neurology

About the role

The Joan C. Edwards Marshall University School of Medicine’s Department of Neurology is seeking a full‑time Pediatric Neurologist. The position includes clinic, hospital, and teaching components.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow‑up care for pediatric neurology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide general pediatric neurology call coverage with other pediatric neurologists in a shared system.
• Engage in physician and hospital outreach activities related to pediatric neurology.
• Participate in medical student and resident education, as well as research.
• Perform all other appropriate duties as assigned by the chair of the Department of Neurology.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Neurology.
• Completed residency in Neurology.
• Completed fellowship in Child Neurology.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a license to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia.
