We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. We need to include headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting for substantive content. Let's extract: - Title: Assistant Professor Pediatric Audiology (but we don't repeat as heading) - Employee Classification: Asst Professor (metadata) - Campus: University of North Texas - Division: UNT-Provost SubDivision-Department: UNT-Col of Publ Affairs & Hlth Sci Department: UNT-Audiology & Speech - Lang Path-135370 - Job Location: Denton - Salary: "Compensation is competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and discipline, in accordance with university guidelines and available funding." This is vague; it's placeholder-like "commensurate with experience". According to rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation but it's vague. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state compensation but it's generic. Is that considered filler? Likely yes, because it's "competitive and commensurate..." which is placeholder. So we should NOT create a Pay section. - FTE: 1.00 (metadata) - Retirement Eligibility: ORP Eligible (metadata) - About Us - Values Overview: long paragraph about UNT System values. This is substantive. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us - Values Overview" is about the organization. Could be placed under a section like "About the role" or maybe "About the department". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put the UNT System overview under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" describing the position and department. However we also have Department Summary and Position Overview. Those are substantive. We need to decide which sections to include. Likely we will have: - About the role (or About the department) containing the UNT System values overview and Department Summary and Position Overview? But we need to avoid too thin sections. Perhaps combine all descriptive prose into a single "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "The Successful Candidate Will ..." bullet points. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications and maybe Required License/Registration/Certifications, Physical Requirements, Environmental Hazards, Work Schedule varies based on assignment, Driving University Vehicle No, Security Sensitive This is a Security Sensitive Position. Those are requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; could be omitted. - Benefits: The posting says "For information regarding our Benefits, click here." That's not specific benefit details; it's a link. According to rule, we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not list benefits, just a link. So we should not include Benefits. - Pay: we decided not to include. - Schedule: The posting says "Work Schedule varies based on assignment". That's placeholder/vague. So we should not create Schedule section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside each, we need to use

    for prose and

    • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting that are substantive. Let's extract substantive content: From "About Us - Values Overview": The paragraph about UNT System includes many sentences. We need to keep it all. From "Department Summary": The paragraph about Department of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology, its programs, UNT Speech and Hearing Center, College of Public Affairs and Health Sciences, etc. From "Position Overview": The paragraph about inviting applications for a 9-month, tenure-track assistant professor of pediatric audiology to begin in Fall 2027, Ph.D., preferred candidate research areas, establishing externally funded research program, teaching, mentorship, etc. From "The Successful Candidate Will": bullet list of duties (Develop and sustain..., Teach..., Mentor..., Publish..., Collaborate..., Contribute..., We welcome applicants whose research aligns... list of areas). That's responsibilities. From "Minimum Qualifications": "Holds a terminal degree in the assigned discipline or related field; or having equivalent applied experience in accordance with faculty credentialing guidelines." From "Preferred Qualifications": list: Experience conducting pediatric clinical or translational research. Demonstrated record of scholarly publications. Interest in interdisciplinary collaborations Proven record of teaching excellence (e.g., student evaluations, letters of support, teaching portfolio) From "Required License/Registration/Certifications": Not explicitly listed? Actually there is a heading "Required License/Registration/Certifications" but no content after? In the posting we see: "Required License/Registration/Certifications Physical Requirements Communicating with others to exchange information. Environmental Hazards No adverse environmental conditions expected. Work Schedule varies based on assignment Driving University Vehicle No Security Sensitive This is a Security Sensitive Position." It seems the formatting is messed; likely there is no specific license/certification listed. So we can treat that as none. Physical Requirements: "Communicating with others to exchange information." Environmental Hazards: "No adverse environmental conditions expected." Work Schedule: "Work Schedule varies based on assignment" (we ignore for schedule section). Driving University Vehicle: "No" Security Sensitive: "This is a Security Sensitive Position." These are requirements. We need to include them under Requirements section. We also have "Special Instructions Join Us! ..." and "Applicant Documents ..." which are application instructions; we need to remove them per instruction: remove application instructions. So we should not include "Special Instructions Join Us!" nor "Applicant Documents Cover Letter ..." etc. Also remove EEO Statement boilerplate. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Thus we will produce HTML:

      About the role

... combine UNT System overview, Department Summary, Position Overview into prose.

But we need to be careful not to lose any detail. Let's craft a paragraph that includes all three sections verbatim? We could keep them as separate paragraphs within the section. Better: Within About the role, we can have multiple

elements each containing one of those blocks. Thus:
