About the role

The Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology seeks a full-time academic ophthalmologist specializing in Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy a robust clinical practice with academic responsibilities including the didactic and clinical teaching of medical students and residents.
• Opportunities to conduct clinical research supported by an institutional trials team exist.
• Engage in clinical and surgical activities at the Huntington campus facility and the Hoops Family Children’s Hospital.

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Ophthalmology.
