Responsibilities
- Teach lower-division mathematics courses to undergraduate college students.
- Teach with current technologies such as Blackboard or other LMS, audio and video components, interactive learning objects, lecture capture, & smartboards.
- Encourage students to be actively engaged in the teaching/learning processes.
- Work on diverse tasks associated with being a productive member of a small faculty, such as committee memberships and community service.
Requirements
- An earned Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field, including at least 18 credits of graduate-level mathematics from a regionally accredited university, is required and must be completed by the employment start date in August of 2026.
- An earned Ph.D. in Mathematics or closely related field is preferred.
Qualifications
- Student-centric, committed to student success, and possesses the ability to teach developmental and lower division math courses.
- Demonstrated success working with students with a broad range of mathematical experience.
Skills
- Ability to integrate technology into the classroom to support student learning.
- Ability to teach in face-to-face, hybrid, and distance delivery formats.

Pay
$50,000 - $85,679 per year
Schedule
Full-time, tenure-track, 9-month exempt/salaried faculty position.
