About the role

Pepperdine University, Seaver College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Electronics, located in Malibu, California, USA. This is a remote-eligible position with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2027.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology (ABD candidates considered)
• Specialization in developmental and/or neuroscience areas preferred
• Active scholarly agenda
• Commitment to teaching excellence in a Christian liberal arts environment
• Active commitment to the Christian mission of the University

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses including Introduction to Psychological Science, Statistics, or Research Methods
• Teach upper-level undergraduate courses in specialty
• Launch new neuroscience minor and expand course offerings
• Conduct research suitable for shared laboratory space and collaborative resources
