This faculty position in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery encompasses clinical practice, teaching, research, and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop supervision and evaluation systems for residents and students
• Participate in departmental administration and program development
• Serve as a role model and educator by creating teaching modules and evaluation methods
• Promote research activities and scholarly work
• Provide clinical expertise in facial plastics reconstructive surgery
• Engage in community and professional service, including attending meetings and representing the department

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
• Completion of a Facial Plastics Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
• MD licensure in Illinois
• Experience with multicultural populations
• Interest in training medical students and residents

Pay

Compensation includes an academic base salary and separate clinical pay, with an emphasis on excellence in patient care, education, and professional development.
