About the role

The Division of Translational Medicine and Human Genetics in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non‑tenure academic clinician track located in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Teaching medical students, residents and fellows within the clinical setting.
• Providing care of patients in the outpatient setting and serving as an attending physician on an inpatient consult service.
• Potential involvement in patient‑oriented research in human genetics or genomic medicine (not required).

Requirements

• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
• Ability to meet the academic clinician track expectation of 100 credits per year of active, high‑quality teaching.
