Assistant Professor of Marketing - Tenure Track

About the Role
Two full-time faculty positions each with a 3-3 teaching load (18 credit hours per academic year). In addition to principles of marketing, the successful candidate must be capable of teaching other marketing courses, such as marketing strategy, marketing communications, marketing research, or consumer behavior. This is a 9-month, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor with a preferred start date of August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
- Advising students
- Contributing to curriculum development and program assessment
- Conducting high-quality scholarly research
- Performing service to the Department, University, and Community
Requirements
- Earned Ph.D. in marketing from an AACSB-accredited business school with at least 18 credit hours of coursework (ABD candidates near completion will be considered)
- Familiarity with new advancements in marketing, quantitative research methods, data analytics, and AI application in marketing
- Demonstrated oral proficiency in English language, as mandated by state law
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous teaching or work experience in the field of marketing
- Teaching assistant experience during Ph.D. program
