Assistant Professor of Information Systems
About the role
The Business School at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) seeks a motivated Assistant Professor of Information Systems to build on the university's strengths in the information technology space. The successful candidate will conduct high-impact research, publish in high-quality outlets, and commit to high-quality teaching.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Information Systems or equivalent is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an ability to engage in high-quality scholarship and high-quality teaching, and have demonstrated interests in analytics, databases, ML/AI applications in organizations and platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate ability and willingness to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level.
Requirements
Successful candidates will embrace the opportunity to be part of established and new educational and research programs in the growing area of information systems and technology and business analytics. They will distinguish themselves by their interest in collaborating with colleagues from the business school and other departments with technology, engineering, and analytics expertise.
Skills

Benefits
