Assistant Professor of Echocardiography

The Echocardiography Program within the College of Health Professions at The University of Findlay invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator. The earliest start date for this position is August 11, 2026. An individual with a master’s or bachelor’s degree and relevant experience will be considered for a non-tenure track appointment at the rank of instructor.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Doctoral degree in a relevant field, be certified as a Sonographer with appropriate licensure and certification, and have relevant clinical experience. Experience in supervising/teaching, scholarship, and accreditation is preferred. The faculty member will be expected to be actively involved in teaching, advising, departmental, university-wide, and community service.

Candidates must be committed to student-centered education, able to travel large distances for off-campus site visits, and possess strong communication skills with a desire to work with students in a setting that fosters close relationships between students and faculty.

Requirements
