Assistant Professor of Clinical - OBGYN, Labor and Delivery

This role is for an Assistant Professor of Clinical in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences, primarily serving as an attending physician in the Division of OB/GYN Generalists. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, participating in inpatient practice at multiple hospitals, and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows. The position involves developing treatment plans, performing physical assessments, prescribing treatments, and ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology, an active Florida Medical License, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, independence, and the ability to handle confidential information. Additional duties involve covering 12-hour shifts in labor and delivery, providing consultations, and utilizing electronic health records.
