About the role
Full-time Nursing Instructor responsible for teaching, student engagement, curriculum development, and service to the college community.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mastery in Nursing, commitment to student success, and technological competence.
- Employ diverse teaching methods, incorporate technology, and adapt strategies to support varied learners.
- Engage in student consultation, course preparation, and timely feedback on assessments.
- Adhere to reporting deadlines and participate in college service, curriculum review, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Master's Degree in Nursing; Doctorate preferred.
- Current unrestricted Florida RN or Nurse Practitioner license.
- College-level teaching experience, with clinical and Medical/Surgical background preferred.
- 2-3 years clinical and classroom experience in accredited programs.
- Strong communication, instructional, and adaptive teaching skills.

- Flexibility for office hours and potential evening/weekend work.
