About the role
The Division of Renal-Electrolyte and Hypertension in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care for patients with complex hypertension in both inpatient and outpatient settings at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
- Treatment of patients with neuroendocrine tumors, with certification by the American Society of Hypertension preferred.
- Teaching responsibilities, including medical students, residents, and fellows.
Requirements
- An M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Nephrology.
Qualifications
- Expertise in the specific area of care of patients with complex hypertension.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in managing complex hypertension cases.
- Ability to teach effectively to medical students, residents, and fellows.
