About the role

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for an Assistant Professor-in-Residence in Psychology (Children’s Mental Health) to begin Fall, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct undergraduate courses in children’s mental health.
• Teach foundational and upper-division courses, including a capstone course.
• Work with a program coordinator for assessment and quality control.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the B.S. program in Children’s Behavioral Health Psychology.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in psychology or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Substantial teaching experience, including online teaching.
• A commitment to undergraduate education and fostering an inclusive environment.
