Job Description
The Institute of Brain, Behavior, and Immunology (IBBI) and the Department of Microbial Infection and Immunity (MII) at The Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center are partnering to recruit one tenure-track Assistant Professor who studies immune-brain interactions relevant to health. The candidates should focus on immune or infectious agent interactions with the central or peripheral nervous system in the context of behavior.
Required Qualifications
- MD/PhD or PhD in immunology, virology, or microbiology with interest in immune-nervous system approaches
- Documented evidence of high-quality, impactful research
- A strong commitment to education and collaborative research at a major university
- Requires successful completion of a background check
