Essential Job Functions

  • Participate in all teaching activities of the Department, including conferences and lectures
  • House staff supervision in the operating room, clinics, and inpatient services
  • Continuing medical education
  • Local, regional, and national meetings
  • Advancing clinical knowledge through scholarly and research efforts
  • Supervising and evaluating residents
  • Providing medical direction
  • Serving on committees at the department and Health System levels
  • Deployed at Brittany Bay Clinic for 2 1/2-3 days per week
  • Provide surgical services at the League City Campus

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Completed an ACGME approved residency training program in otolaryngology, with training and interest in laryngology
  • Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for or have a Texas Medical License without restrictions

Pay

Commensurate with experience.
