Essential Job Functions
- Participate in all teaching activities of the Department, including conferences and lectures
- House staff supervision in the operating room, clinics, and inpatient services
- Continuing medical education
- Local, regional, and national meetings
- Advancing clinical knowledge through scholarly and research efforts
- Supervising and evaluating residents
- Providing medical direction
- Serving on committees at the department and Health System levels
- Deployed at Brittany Bay Clinic for 2 1/2-3 days per week
- Provide surgical services at the League City Campus
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completed an ACGME approved residency training program in otolaryngology, with training and interest in laryngology
- Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for or have a Texas Medical License without restrictions
Pay
Commensurate with experience.
