Assistant Professor, Academic Clinician, Pediatric Dermatology

About the role

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of General Pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of education and clinical care. Proficiency and experience in quality, health services and outcomes are desired for this position.

Responsibilities

• Teaching residents, fellows, and/or medical students
• Providing dermatologic care in the outpatient Pediatric Dermatology clinic
• Providing dermatologic care on the inpatient consult service

Requirements

• M.D. or equivalent degree
• Board certification/eligibility in Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology
